I am Satyn-Pearl

I am fast and I like to do sports

I wonder if it is true that you will see your whanau that has passed away

I hear my ancestors talking to me in the wind

I see my future

I want to become a sports teacher

I pretend that I am the flash

I feel like my whanau that has moved on is watching over me

I touch my heart

I worry about my family

I cry when my family has moved onto a better place like home

I am Satyn-Pearl

I understand that life’s not fair but that is how it works

I say that god is real

I dream about my future

I try to believe that I will come first in crosscountry and I do

I hope that my future is awesome like I imagine it will be
